I have been active in fitness for over twelve years. I have consulted with some of the fitness industries leading experts. I have struggled with weight, I grew up the typical “skinny fat” kid. As I had children, my body started to change and I realized I had to be more active and watch the food choices that I made. Just like many of you, I followed the fad diets and did the endless cardio machines. I was afraid of the weight section at my local gym, for fear of “becoming huge.” This really bothered my husband as he was lifting as much weight as he could to put on size and I was afraid that 10 lb dumbbells were going to create the Arnold Swartzneggar look on me. (How many of you have thought that Hmmm)? I suffer from PCOS (Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome) and Sleep Apnea. So I know a thing or two about hard work and I know if I can get in shape, then what’s stopping you?
Over the past decade I have spent my time researching, consulting experts, and reading testimonials on the mechanics of the human body and how nutrition effects our mood and our results.
After many years of trial and error, I have finally discovered the winning combinations and the secrets of achieving permanent weight loss. I have a winning system that not only will save you time and money, but also will help you achieve your goals faster.
I have made it my mission to help individuals such as yourself achieve the life you always wanted to have. I am determined to educate, motivate, and inspire every person that I meet to be the person that they know they can be. To help realize their physical dreams in which by achieving everything else in life will fall into place. I want to help you understand that by putting aside a little bit of time each day to take care of your own emotional and physical needs, that you will be a better wife, husband, mother or father because of it. Remember, you are what your children will grow up to be.

The reason none of these methods worked for me is because I was not changing my lifestyle, I was always looking for a quick fix or a 3-month fix for whatever my goal was at the time. I am here to tell you that by joining Transformations 4 Life, you have opted to change your lifestyle for good. This is not a quick fix or a new diet to try. Will you lose weight? Oh YES YOU WILL Will you drop dress sizes? You sure will. Will you have to put in hard work? Yep. Will you have to change your thinking and eating? Definitely!
My goal is not to just get you to your goals, but to keep you there. I want you to experience the exhilarating feeling of trying on the new HOT fashions and like what you see; I do not want you to fear that pool party invite you just received. I want you to Love yourself.
Getting into shape is not just about vanity, NO way, it is soooooo much more than that. It is about optimal fitness. It is about that number that doctor gives you that sums up what is going on internally (the cholesterol levels and the blood pressure reading) not just the fear of getting on the scale. In fact, I do not even want you to look at a scale, this is not about weight. Your weight will fluctuate. You will lose fat and gain muscle. (Now I am not talking about Arnold Swartzaneggar muscle here) but nice lean feminine muscle. If you follow my guidelines, you will still enjoy your favorite dishes, you will have more energy, more self-confidence, and radiance about you. You will be able to dine out with your family and friends and be part of the group; however, you will not have those guilty feelings! Never again will you gain 7-10 lbs between Halloween and Christmas.
