Are You Ready to Reclaim Your Body?

Our camps are like none other you have ever tried before. We are designed for you to see RESULTS!!! Not just weight loss either, but TRUE FAT LOSS, spiritually, emotionally, flexibility, endurance, strength, lost inches, dress sizes, body fat composition, and mental toughness. Camps are held in a positive and encouraging environment, no yelling, name calling, or rudeness allowed!!!

We believe in teamwork and getting to your fitness goals requires accountability, nutrition (after all it is 85% of the puzzle), what you do outside of camp, and motivation. We won’t leave you hanging- we will guide you every step of the way.

If you’re looking to lose body fat, engage in a fun and challenging work out, want to be part of a group of wonderful health minded individuals, improve your athletic ability, condition off season for a sport, and just have a BLAST- then sign up for one of our boot camps. We have several to choose from:

1.      Murfreesboro Fit Dudes & Divas Boot Camp offered on Monday and Wednesday mornings at 5:40-6:40 am at Third Baptist Church in Murfreesboro. It provides an awesome workout for women only who want to squeeze in a quick, but fun workout with other moms.

2.      Murfreesboro Fit Dudes & Divas Boot Camp offered again on Monday & Wednesday mornings at 8:15-9:15 am for men & women who want to get into great shape before heading off to work.

3.      Murfreesboro Boot Camp offered on Tuesday & Thursday evenings at 5:30 pm- 6:30 pm for men and women who need something after work hours.

4.       Youth Speed Camps are for high school athletes that want to get faster, stronger, and jump higher for their sport during the off season. Contact for availablity. These camps are held by our Speed and Agility Coach, Harlan Wilcoxson and myself.

üFitness Challenges: We believe measuring progress is more than just what the scale says. Find out how much you’re improving with your strength by participating in our fitness challenges.

üA special workout of the week (WOW): It is a weekly challenge workout for you to do on your own over the weekend.

FAQ about Murfreesboro Boot Camp:

 

What should I bring to Murfreesboro Boot Camp?

You should always wear comfortable exercise clothing and a good pair of running shoes or cross trainers. I recommend dressing in layers and get ready to sweat. Bring a towel for sweating, an exercise mat, water, and dumbbells (5-10lbs for women, 10-20 lbs for men).

 

What happens if I miss a boot camp? Our camps are unlimited so you can make them up at anytime.

 

What is a typical Murfreesboro Boot Camp Workout like?  Every workout is different; we are always challenging your body in a new and different way so that you are always progressing. We always start with a thorough dynamic warm-up and finish with cool down stretches. We target your core, total body strength, balance, and we aim for results.

What if I can’t do a particular exercise? Not a problem, we are able to modify any exercise to fit your fitness level. We have all fitness levels and ages in our camps. We provide a positive and encouraging environment for you to workout in. Everybody cheers on everyone, you will be asked to work at your fitness level and ability only.

 

What kind of results can I expect? The amount of weight loss varies depending on the individual. Our average camper loses around 4-6 pounds of fat and 2 -5 inches a month. Of course, it depends on how consistent you are during camp, outside of camp, and with your eating. Diet and exercise go together for success.
