Cross-Training Large Group

Transformations 4 Life is very unique as you will never be just another number to us. We are family here, and we will treat you as such. Our large groups are kept to around 11 individuals, and we use a variety of machines, equipment, body weight, core, balance, cardio, and FUN in every session. Of course, we always start with a dynamic warm-up and finish with a good deep stretching routine at the end. Our sessions are designed to burn a ton of calories (400-1000 is the average in our large groups). This program is designed to get you results. Our workouts are results driven and we will keep you as accountable as you need us to.  We have a private face book page filled with daily information such as recipes, challenges, motivation, nutrition and fitness tips, and good ole motivation. We always offer modifications for just about every exercise that we do.
