We offer private groups of up to 5 individuals where we offer individual attention to your fitness goals and your fitness levels. We use a variety of equipment and machines to deliver high metabolic workouts. These semi private groups are designed to inspire, challenge, and encourage every member to reach outside their current habits to recreate a healthier way of thinking. Your initial meeting with us will consist of a fitness assessment, posture analysis, body composition, and goals orientation. We have a private face book page for all members of our small groups that includes nutrition information, challenges, recipes, and daily accountability.
