1.What made you join Transformations 4 Life?
My wife(Laura) was going to do the @ home training with a friend,but her husband wanted to work out too. So Laura asked if I wanted to work out with her. I said why not! What’s the worst thing that could happen…weight loss?
2.How long have you been coming?
I started with that home training in July 2011. After the 12 weeks were over, I started in October 2011
3.What have you enjoyed most?
I enjoy the challenge of the different exercises each class. Not just the same exercises OVER and OVER!
4.What results have you experienced so far?
I have lost 8 inches in my chest and 8 inches in my waist. I have lost a total of 80 pounds!
5.What have you learned about yourself?
I have learned that dedication leads to habit! It is not JUST a diet,it is a lifestyle change! Changes do not happen over night. It takes COMMITMENT!
6.What new goals have you set for yourself?
I want to maintain a healthy lifestyle and stay motivated. I also want to be an encouragement to others! I want people to see that if you stay focused and consistent, you can loose the weight and KEEP it off!
