How long have you been coming?
I joined in the spring of 2011, because I knew I needed to get moving. I was at my heaviest weight ever, besides pregnancy and was close to what I weighed when I was 9 months pregnant with my 1st child That realization just rocked me.
What have you enjoyed most?
I really enjoy the other group members, everyone is so encouraging, supportive and motivating. I also love that every class is different, it never gets boring.
What results have you experienced so far?
I’ve lost 16lbs and am down 3 pant sizes
What have you learned about yourself?
I CAN do a push up!! 40 years of saying I couldn’t
What new goals have you set for yourself?
I now want to improve my push ups, & have equal strength in both arms. (haha). I’d like to see muscle definition and lose about 5-7 more pounds. And definitely continue to improve my eating habits (make Julie proud)!
