1. What made you join Transformations 4 Life Boot Camps?
I was tired of not being able to fit in my clothes. Also, I was becoming lazy and knew I needed a change.
2. How long have you been coming?
I began with home training in July 2011. After the 12 weeks, I still needed to lose more weight, so I started doing boot camp in November 2011.
3. What have you enjoyed the most?
I love watching myself get stronger and stronger every day.
4. What results have you experienced so far?
Since July 2011, I have lost 51 pounds. I also went from 18W to a 12 Misses…which I am smaller now than what I was in high school.
5. What have you learned about yourself?
I always had it in me…I just needed to get off my butt and try.
6. What new goals have you set for yourself?
I still lack 9.3 pounds to reach my weight loss goal. Also, to maintain good eating habits and continue exercising because I do not want to be that lazy person and gain the weight back.
