1.What made you join Transformations 4 Life Boot Camps?  I started coming to boot camp when I saw friends at work getting amazing results.  I thought man I need to get in shape and give this class a try.

2.How long have you been coming?  I started boot camp in 2011

3.What have you enjoyed most?  I love the challenge each class brings.  I have enjoyed watching myself progress from 5lb weights to now lifting 20lbs!!

4.What results have you experienced so far? I have lost weight and began to see muscle definition.  I have also become a lot stronger.  The best results that I have seen so far have been combining boot camp with Isagenix.

5.What have you learned about yourself?  I have learned that working out can be fun and rewarding 😉

6.What new goals have you set for yourself?  I want to lose about 10 more pounds and see myself get stronger with every class.  I also want to encourage new people to join this lifestyle of getting healthy and fit 😉
