1. What made you join Transformations 4 Life Boot Camps?
I joined Transformations 4 Life when I saw an article in the DNJ. I had been searching for a class that would work with my schedule.
2. How long have you been coming?
I’ve been coming since February 2011.
3. What have you enjoyed most?
I’ve enjoyed the personal challenge Julie inspires me to push for. I appreciate that the boot camps provide challenge to all levels of fitness whether you are a beginner or seasoned camper. I am always challenged.
Never bored. Every workout is different and Julie keeps it fresh with new stuff all the time.
4. What results have you experienced so far?
I’ve lost 15 lbs, It took me a long time because I was initially convinced that workout alone would be enough to move the weight. It was not until I got serious about my diet that I really noticed weight loss. Reduction in sugar and carbs along with boot camps at least twice a week have gotten me to my goal weight.
5. What have you learned about yourself?
Through boot camp I’ve learned that I am capable of so much more physically than I ever thought possible. When I think back to my abilities when I first started I am amazed by my process. I started with a two year
old shoulder injury and no stamina at all. Today my shoulder is fixed and I am getting stronger.
6. What new goals have you set for yourself?
Now that I am at my goal weight, I want to stay here and not let the weight creep back on. I hope to perfect a true push-up, get stronger and continue to push myself.
